Estimating Analyst III

Detailed Description of Work:

a. Perform cost analysis

b. Develop and negotiate estimating standards

c. Develop and maintain computer estimating models

d. Analyze and negotiate subcontract proposals

e. Prepare labor and material estimates for Navy and other new work

f. Coordinate and manage small projects

g. Provide leadership with other members on the estimating team

Qualifications for Position:

a. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required

b. Have strong analytical and problem solving skills

c. Have excellent PC skills

d. Have strong communication skills

e. Have a strong understanding of financial issues

f. Be able to work in a professional office environment, as well as periodically visit the production environment

g. Available for business travel.
