LEADPERSON II

Detailed Description of Work:

· Responsible for running a multi-disciplined crew consisting of Mechanical, Pipefitting, and Electrical employees

· Work closely with Department Manager to ensure daily and long-term projects are carried out.

· Coordinate and facilitate problem resolution in accordance with the union agreement.

· Schedule and execute repairs and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications for Position:

· Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement cost reduction initiatives.

· 2-Years experience in a supervisory capacity

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· 5-Years plant maintenance experience a plus

· PC Skills mandatory

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities

· Demonstrated ability to manage conflict

· 3-5 Years Experience in Industrial Mechanical/Pipefitting Installation and Repairs

· Candidate will maintain a high level of credibility with the customer, peers, and mechanics.
