Launched March 26,1892, delivered August 9,1892. 

Wooden hull built by New England Shipbuilding Co., 1 mile upriver from Bath Iron Works where it was completed. A side-wheeler which ran between Portland and Machias. Later ran between New York and Fall River, and then to the Hudson River Line. In 1918 to the United States Navy for service in World War I but accidentally destroyed by an ordnance explosion while being outfitted for that purpose.
