Keel laid December 22,1936, launched May 11,1937, delivered May 14,1937. 

A full scantling yacht. Had a steel frame, was flush riveted, had a 87' long waterline, 110 ton keel and a 165'tall mast. Reached 18.5 knots coming off the ways. Won 32 of the 37 races entered including the America's Cup. Taken out of the water at the end of the 1937 season and never returned to it. Her keel was melted down for the World War II war effort. Scrapped in 1941.
