SDRL CODE: QCOH MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS: Provide Form OSHA-20 or facsimile of the
Occupational Safety and Health Administration with each packing list. For the same material, as provided on
previous P.O.’s, affix a Hazardous Material sticker
indicating the applicable MSDS number to each
shipping container. Stickers will be
provided by BIW at Seller’s request. |
