BEST Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified, BEST events which have an attendance fee, such as bus trips and sports games, have a no-refund policy after a specified date. If you have questions or concerns about your payment, please email [email protected].
This refund policy is in place for multiple reasons. For some events, BEST purchases tickets or services beforehand from a third party that does not offer refunds. Most events have capacity limits, and this policy helps prevent employees from reserving tickets/spots and not attending, which deprives other employees of the chance to attend.
If time allows, BEST will try to find someone to take your place should you find that you cannot attend an event after the refund cutoff date. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to find someone in time in which case, you will still be charged for the event.
Thank you for your understanding,
The BIW Employee Spirit Team
